The proposed development at Dean and Chapterland of Cloyne, Cobh, Co. Cork, consisted of the construction of a discount foodstore on a partially greenfield site. The site is located within the constraint zone for a church and graveyard (CO087–010/01, 02). Testing of the site was undertaken as part of an impact assessment, however no archaeological finds or features were uncovered.
