An archaeological evaluation was carried out at the Loughgall Presbyterian Church, Cloven Eden, Loughgall, Co. Armagh, as part of a planning application for an extension to the graveyard. The site was situated upon a rath (ARM008–030). The evaluation consisted of three mechanically excavated test-trenches, 21m, 23m and 26m long by 2m wide. No deposits of archaeological significance were uncovered in the test-trenches.
