Testing at this site in 2006 uncovered the remains of garden soils, pits and a structure in the northern boundary wall (Excavations 2006, No. 2138). Full excavation of the features was subsequently undertaken in 2007. The structure is represented by opes and a corbel, and is likely to date to the early post-medieval period. As it is part of the northern boundary wall, the remains of the structure have been preserved in situ. A series of subsoil-cut pits were uncovered, sealed beneath the floor of the structure. The pits contained 13th/14th-century pottery.
