Testing was undertaken in August 2007 in advance of the redevelopment of 9–11 Parliament Street, Waterford. The site lies close to the medieval town wall. Three late 18th/early 19th-century buildings were demolished prior to testing being undertaken. Testing only revealed the presence of an area of post-medieval cobbling, which was partly robbed out. No other archaeological features or deposits of interest were revealed.
