The site is located in the village of Passage East, Co. Waterford. The proposed development is to consist of a fully serviced, two-storey, dormer dwelling house, with associated site works. Due to the small size of the plot (7m by 14m) only two test-trenches were excavated. No archaeological horizons were exposed.
