Testing of a proposed development site at Bawnagarrane, Co. Waterford, was undertaken as part of an assessment. The development consisted of the construction of a single dwelling house and associated services on a greenfield site. The site is located within the constraint zone for a church (WA038–026), an associated graveyard and an ogham stone. Four test-trenches were excavated on the site and no archaeological finds, features or deposits were uncovered.
