The site may be developed as a single residential unit. It lies within the zone of archaeological potential for Terryglass, Co. Tipperary (TN006–003), and a test excavation was required to assess the potential of the site for archaeological impacts. This work was carried out as part of an assessment. Five test-trenches were excavated and demonstrated that the site was uniformly archaeologically sterile.
