The site was located to the rear of 10 Moor Lane, Cashel, within the recognised medieval urban zone of Cashel. The site works were undertaken in November 2007 prior to the construction of a stable block, storage area and accommodation. Monitoring of groundworks within a rectangular area (14.5m by 4m) was undertaken. Two small shallow pits were identified. Both pits extended beyond the limit of the monitored area. The pits contained several fragments of animal bone, post-medieval pottery and modern glass.
