Monitoring was carried out in relation to topsoil-stripping for the construction of 47 houses, an access roadway, a new drain, and the clearance of an existing drainage ditch. The monitoring took place between October 2006 and March 2007. No archaeological features or deposits were exposed and no finds were recovered during the works.
