Eleven trenches were excavated in advance of the construction of twenty houses, car parking and all associated site works at Cullenagh, Newcastle West. A portion of the site is located within the southern zone of potential for LI036–064, an enclosure. Nothing of an archaeological nature was discovered during the test-trenching.
