Testing was carried out at Sheastown, Bennettsbridge, Co. Kilkenny on a proposed quarry extension site that was partially within the area of constraint for KK024–006 Enclosure-Circular and adjacent to the areas of constraint for KK024–009(01), Enclosure Cropmark, KK024–009(02), Enclosure and KK024–029, Enclosure Cropmark. Nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered.
