Testing took place at this site near Dingle, in which it is proposed to demolish a dwelling house and erect four new houses with associated road, parking, etc., in July 2007. There are no known monuments in the vicinity of the site. Five trenches were opened and, apart from recent debris associated with the modern house on the site, nothing of archaeological significance was encountered.
