The proposed development at Castlequinn, Caherciveen, comprises six fields on the north side of the estuary overlooking the Valencia River and the town of Caherciveen, Co. Kerry. Fourteen test-trenches were machine excavated on site in the area of the proposed development. No features or finds of archaeological significance were noted in the trenches.
