Testing took place at a proposed development site of an access road, four houses and all site works at Ballynabooly, Dingle, in July 2007. The site is within the constraint zone of KE043–218, a ringfort. Six trenches were opened throughout the area. Nothing of archaeological significance was found. Previous testing in this area took place under licence 06E0145 (Excavations 2006, No. 862), and also by Simon Ó Faoláin under 06E0096 (Excavations 2006, No. 853); nothing of archaeological significance was found during either investigation.
