Testing was carried out at the site of an extension of an existing industrial premises/park at Killeek, Forrest Great. It is located a short distance to the north-east of a burial-ground and the site of a chapel of unknown date (DU011–042). The groundworks subject to monitoring and testing were carried out over two separate days in August–September 2007. A total of 542 linear metres of test-trenches were excavated in the area of the pond, consisting of a central spine trench and offsets at 15m intervals. No archaeological remains or significant archaeological finds were recovered.
