Testing of a proposed development site at Killavallig, Co. Cork, was undertaken as part of an assessment. The proposed development consisted of the demolition of existing farm buildings and stables and the construction of new stables and ancillary works. The site is located within the constraint zone for an early ecclesiastical enclosure (CO023–146). Three test-trenches were excavated on the site and no archaeological finds, features or deposits were uncovered.
