Testing of a proposed development site at Derry, Berrings, was undertaken to determine if any archaeological features or deposits existed on the site and to assess the potential impact of the proposed development on such features and a nearby fulacht fiadh (CO061–115). The development consisted of the construction of a single house and associated services. No archaeological finds or features were uncovered during testing.
