Five test-trenches were excavated across the site at Corrin Mart, Corrin, Rathcormac, in advance of the development of a mart on the site. No features or finds of archaeological significance were revealed in the trenches. Monitoring of topsoil-stripping followed testing to comply with the grant of planning. No features or finds of archaeological significance were revealed. The two fulachta fiadh, which are located within the landholding but outside of the development, are secured within a 20m buffer zone.
