The development consists of the construction of fifteen sheltered dwelling units, a bio-filtration unit and associated site works and services. The site of a levelled enclosure (CO066–003) is located to the south-east of the development site which lies within the constraint zone for that monument. Five test-trenches were excavated on the site, none of which produced any evidence of archaeological finds or features.
