Testing was carried out at Ardra, Castlelyons, Co Cork, on 9 February 2007 on foot of a planning application for the construction of a dwelling, garage and associated works. The site of the proposed development was located c. 50m from a standing stone (CO045–090). No archaeological features or artefacts were encountered.
