Investigations took place along the route of the proposed N18 Gort to Crusheen road scheme. The site at Caheraphuca (Site 203) was identified as a possible enclosure during the walkover survey. Nothing of archaeological significance was identified at Site 203. A post-medieval stone dump was recorded in one of the hand-excavated trenches.
