It is proposed to construct a residential development of 129 units, with landscaping and an associated carpark, on lands adjacent to and south of 23 Parkgate Road, and to the east of Condiere Avenue, Kells, Co. Antrim. An archaeological evaluation of the site was conducted, consisting of extensive removal of topsoil across the site. This revealed no evidence of archaeological deposits.
