Excavations revealed a cobbled road, 41m long, 4.7m wide and 0.2m deep, orientated north–south. This road led to a small cobbled square, which was 24.6m by 17.9m and orientated east to west. At the north central edge of the cobbled surface was a stone-built well. The well had a diameter of 1.5m. The depth was not ascertained. The well was capped with a metal lid and is preserved in situ.
