Monitoring took place at the former residence of No. 249 Whitepark Road, Lisnagunogue, Bushmills, in advance of redevelopment. The site is to be developed into three new townhouses. The former building, which formed part of a row of terraced houses, was demolished to make way for the new development. A retrospective survey of the foundations of the demolished structure was carried out on 26 April 2007. The groundworks for the development were carried out in May 2007 and were monitored. No archaeological deposits were uncovered during groundworks.
