No material exposed during monitoring pre-dated the early 19th century. There was evidence for two previous building phases on the site in the form of the early to mid-19th-century remnants and the 20th-century cinema. It would appear that the three walls and the culvert noted on the site were built within a relatively short period of time during the early to mid-19th century.
