A programme of monitoring and evaluation was undertaken on lands to the rear of 51 Loughview Road, Ballyginniff, Crumlin, in advance of the construction of two dwellings and an associated access road. Three trial-trenches were excavated across the area of the proposed dwellings, while the 275m-long access was completely stripped of topsoil. No archaeological deposits were uncovered on the site.
