An archaeological evaluation was carried out at a site at Killeen, Co. Tyrone, as part of a planning application for a new dwelling. The site of a standing stone (TYR016–032) is located c. 45m to the west of the application site. The evaluation comprised six test-trenches ranging in length from 10m to 20m. Disturbance of a modern nature was evident but there were no remains of archaeological significance at the site.
