Pre-development testing was undertaken on the site of the proposed development of residential housing at Ladyswell/Hughes’-Lot East in compliance with the planning conditions. A series of twelve test-trenches were excavated along the footprint of the proposed development. No features or finds of an archaeological nature were uncovered in any of the trenches opened.
