Monitoring was conducted during the groundworks associated with the construction of an extension on to Knockanglass House, Moyglass, in September. The house consists of two parts: a 17th-century stone structure, which is recorded in the Civil Survey, and a large Georgian house, built c. 1800, which is located south-west of the earlier structure. The monitor disclosed no material of an archaeological nature.
