Testing was undertaken at a site at 13 Dublin Street, Monaghan, in July, as part of an assessment. The site is within Monaghan town wall, MO009–041. One test-trench was excavated on the site. It disclosed no material of an archaeological nature. Due to the sensitive location of the site, monitoring of groundworks was recommended.
