Testing was undertaken on a site proposed for development on Emmet Street, Trim, as part of an assessment. The site is located on the west side of Emmet Street, c. 20m south of ME036–028, Trim’s medieval town wall. Three test-trenches were excavated. No material of an archaeological nature was disclosed by the testing. Monitoring was recommended and carried out during groundworks in the construction phase of the development. No material of an archaeological nature was disclosed by the monitor.
