Monitoring was conducted during the groundworks associated with the construction of a mixed commercial and residential development at Kenlis Place, Kells. During the monitoring of the excavation of the foundation of an entrance wall on Kenlis Place, nine shards of medieval pottery were found in a disturbed context. There were no in situ archaeological deposits. The monitoring disclosed no other material of an archaeological nature.
