This site was excavated between 12 and 19 May 2006. It was newly identified during centreline testing (A020/003) and was fully excavated in advance of the construction of the N5 Charlestown bypass. It was located at 70m OD.

This fulacht fiadh was enveloped in peat and consisted of a burnt mound with no associated features. The mound was roughly horseshoe-shaped in plan, measuring 6.3m by 4.2m by 0.3m thick. The mound consisted of heat-fractured stone in a charcoal-rich matrix.
