Monitoring was undertaken of groundworks associated with the construction of three townhouses and associated works. The site is located within the constraint zone for Kilmallock town (LI047–022). No archaeological finds or features were uncovered during the excavation of the house foundations, but a layer of terram and sand was laid down in order to protect any possible underlying deposits.
