Kilkenny County Council requested an archaeological impact assessment of a residential development at Agha, Johnswell, Co. Kilkenny, to provide further information. The site was positioned within the area of constraint for a ringfort levelled some thirty years ago. Testing failed to uncover anything of archaeological significance and the development proceeded with archaeological monitoring. Nothing of interest was noted during the monitoring.
