Four test-trenches were excavated at a proposed development site at Racecourse Road, Clash West, Tralee, Co. Kerry. The trenches were opened across the footprint of the proposed layout of a development of eight houses. Agricultural activity in the form of a field boundary ditch and disused water pipes was recorded in the trenches. Nothing of archaeological significance was recorded in the trenches.
