Test-trenches were excavated as part of an impact assessment at the site of a proposed single-house development that was partly located within the zone of archaeological potential for an enclosure, KE038–006, at Tonevane, Tralee. Four test-trenches were excavated across the site, measuring 20m long, 2.2m wide and 0.25–0.35m deep; no archaeological features were recorded.
