Pre-development testing was undertaken in March 2006 on the site of a proposed dwelling house and associated services. The proposed dwelling is located in the vicinity of a number of fulachta fiadh sites (GA105–175). Three trenches were excavated in the area of the development. The testing revealed no features of archaeological significance.
