An assessment was conducted prior to the construction of a development of fourteen houses, associated landscaping and a play area at Milford, Creggs. Six test-trenches were excavated across the areas that would be directly impacted upon by the proposed development. No archaeological deposits or artefacts were retrieved during this excavation.
