An evaluation was carried out at a proposed housing site located in Tully, Co. Fermanagh, close to the site of a court tomb (FER172–023) which was excavated by Dudley Waterman in 1976 (Waterman 1978). Five trenches were excavated using a mechanical digger equipped with a toothless sheugh bucket. Trenches 1 and 2 measured 2m by 50m, Trenches 3–5 measured 2m by 20m. No archaeological features or artefacts were uncovered.
