Monitoring of demolition and groundworks at 27 Carysfort Road, Dalkey, Co. Dublin, was carried out in September 2006. The site is located about 110m north of the main street in Dalkey. The development involved the demolition of an extension to the rear of a protected structure and the building of a new extension in its place. Nothing of archaeological significance was discovered as a result of this phase of the works.
