Monitoring of topsoil removal was conducted on 2 November 2006 in advance of the construction of a house at lands adjacent to Cranfield Road, Kilkeel, Co. Down. No evidence of the two ditches identified during previous works at an adjacent site (see No. 521, Excavations 2006) was identified, nor was there any evidence of additional archaeological features.
