An archaeological evaluation was undertaken for the proposed development of a private dwelling at Ballynaris, Dromore, Co. Down. The proposed development was located 15m to the north-west of a rath (DOW020–053). The evaluation involved mechanical topsoil-stripping to subsoil of an area c. 50m by 40m. There were no archaeological deposits uncovered within the development.
