Testing of three proposed development sites at Rear Lane, Rosscarbery, Co. Cork, was undertaken as part of an assessment. The sites were located within the constraint zone for the walled town of Rosscarbery (CO143–099) and to the north of a star-shaped fort (CO143–098). No archaeological finds, features or deposits were uncovered during testing.
