An assessment and testing of a proposed development at St Joseph’s Church, Coolbane, Liscarroll, was undertaken as part of an impact assessment. The proposed development involved the construction of a single-storey extension to the church, which is both a recorded monument (CO016–289) and a protected structure (RPS 0030). Three test-trenches were excavated and no archaeological finds or features were uncovered.
