Testing of a proposed development site at Townparks, Cloyne, Co. Cork, was undertaken. The site is partially located within the constraint zone for Cloyne town (CO088–019). The proposed development consisted of the conversion of a dwelling house into a two-storey apartment and the continued use of the pharmacy building to include a new dispensary at the rear. No archaeological finds or features were uncovered during testing.
