Pre-development and pre-planning testing of a site at Commons West, Cloyne, was undertaken. The proposed development consists of the construction of 46 houses and associated services on a greenfield site. The site is located at the south side of Cloyne and is mainly outside the constraint zone for the town (CO088–019). No archaeological finds or features were uncovered during testing.
