An archaeological evaluation was required in advance of the construction of a private dwelling. The proposed development site is in the same townland as an unlocated megalithic tomb (ARM029–035). Four test-trenches were excavated to evaluate the potential impact of the proposed development on any archaeological remains. Nothing of archaeological significance was uncovered in any of the trenches.
