Monitoring was required as a condition of grant of planning permission for the construction of an extension to a house. The site is c. 30m south-east of Laghnalitter medieval church and graveyard (ANT047–008). The mechanical excavation of foundation trenches for the extension were monitored, but nothing of archaeological significance was encountered.
