Evaluation took place of the site of a private development located within 90m of two registered monuments, both of which are recorded as the sites of standing stones or possible megalithic tombs. Neither site survives today. Three test-trenches were excavated on the development site, each measuring 25m by 2m. No features or deposits of archaeological significance were observed during this exercise.
